- DD Form 2366 is used in GI Bill for declining enrollment
- Must be high school diploma holder
- Must be guaranteed LRP in writing DA Form 3286-66
- Loan must be guaranteed under Higher Education Act of 1965, title iv, part B, D or E
- Must qualify armed force qualification test
- Enlist in critical military occupational specialty
